Gunk, Look away now!

Had an emergency situation in our utility where the washing machine was pumping water directly into sink pointing to a blockage down the line. Unfortunately the house builder had used weld waste pipe so no option to cut at base units strip out, identify issue which was thankfully at connection to main waste stack…bit yukky but was happy to sort so quickly. This time I welded all pipes down to base unit where I have went for a removable compression joint to future proof any further blockages, air admittance valve also fitted also to eliminate any pressure issues, weld cured and tested with no leaks..£28.56 lighter which is probably a fraction of a call out charge for a plumber! Three hours out my life this morning but weather was woeful anyway so not spoiling time on the golf course. Played eighteen at Glenbervie yesterday which was a cracking day out. Have golf planned all week as have taken four days off before the Zombie weekend.
