Conkers

… childhood memories (not that I used to fight with them - I left that to my brother!).  There is a beautiful horse chestnut tree in Wanaka Station Park which has so many new, shiny ‘conkers’ surrounding it at present.
Didn’t go for a proper walk today.  We, along with our next door neighbour,  went to see ‘The Great Escaper’.  We enjoyed it very much but a film for the older generation we thought.
