Obstacle

Here‘s the reason why I arrived late for work at the sound studio today. This huge lorry was stuck in the narrow lane it had tried to turn into, and its rear end was blocking the entire street. Everyone had to wait, while the lorry driver was moving his truck backwards and forwards again and again, moving it by mere centimeters and gradually changing the angle, until he finally managed to clear the bend. 

So, I was late, and tired after another bad night, but we finished the job in time. In the afternoon, I was back home at my desk for more work, and then for an hour of cutting up branches of the fallen tree in the garden. As it got dark, I realized that this was the only photo I had taken all day.
