Lunch

Last day and awful flight time so we had to kill time on the beach and around the pool.  Trying not to feel grumpy (but decided against purchasing late check out at $300) and the flight is the only one each day.  So here we are at 10.00 pm in Miami airport waiting for our flight.

Lunch was scrummy - tuna Niçoise salad, although not sure the mushrooms feature in the original recipe?
