Light & Shadow

Certainly had plenty of that today with the sunshine then  dark clouds filled with rain! 
Window cleaner came this morning in the sunshine. That was just before my Zoom Interval class, which was tough as we were using a step, but my knees seem to have survived, as I walked down to Boots and back, so nearly a mile, and at the moment the legs seemed to have coped!
