Fearless flyer

We have experienced most of the seasons in one day with gale force winds, an overnight temperature close to freezing, torrential rain, thunder,  oh, and snow which caught out the Met Office snd other forecasters. At about sea level here in the SW snow is something of a novelty although on Dartmoor just a few miles away it is quite normal even in March. Heavy wet snow  arrived last night in the form of massive flakes, took a while to lay . and coat gardens and roofs, remaining overnight. Heavy rain soon washed it away this morning. The strong winds did not deter the birds from landing on the feeder as demonstrated by the Greenfinch.
