Calm before the storm

Sunshine first thing this morning before Storm Nelson hit us.  The rolling clouds are visible in the background.  I certainly wouldn't like to be at sea today, it was really blustery with heavy showers including sleet.  The A30 was closed with flood water and there was a lot of water on the lanes.  Snow near Plymouth and up on Exmoor!  Trees down all over the place.

My large double glazed window was set to be renewed today but now it will happen after Easter.
