Garden Shot!

We had a final visit to the new house before we exchange contracts. We measured up a few things and discussed cat flap mechanics and what the sellers were leaving behind. They've got quite a stressful few months ahead of them as they're having a new house built.

So on with the decluttering at home and endless list creating for what we might need in the new place.
