Worthing

A lovely Good Friday..
The aftenoon walked From.Goring to Worthing  and fish and chips on the beach.
Simple pleasures and so happy altogether..
So.R goes back Sunday  to hospital and then discharged Thursday.. New chapters..
She slept last night onnher own at her flat this is a huge step for us in seeing her progress..

Another day tomorrow together  3 of us mountain  biking in the Downs and R at work.
