Liverpool

I wanted to go to the Good Friday service in the Cathedral this afternoon, Kate came with me. We had a nice walk to the Anglican Cathedral. I love the lady chapel and we found windows commemorating women in there. We walked down Hope St to the metropolitan Cathedral stopping for a coffee and a snack. The service was beautiful, a sung Passion and some beautiful choral music including Miserere.
We walked down to Liverpool One and found a lovely restaurant for our meal. The train into Liverpool is superb so much easier than driving in.
