Running London

Our youngest was showing me his running stats on a well known running app. He certainly covers some miles. He added to those this morning with a run up to the masts on Cleeve Hill.! I am a very late adopter of the static bike craze but today he assembled a basic one for me in the garage that I ordered this week. I had a gentle spin in lieu of a walk this afternoon as the rain and hail were not conducive to a walk!
