Beauly reed beds

Walking eastward from Beauly priory along the riverside winds around to eventually open out intro the Beauly Firth. Much of the farmland has been surrounded by elevated berms for flood protection, but some remains as reed beds. All quiet at the moment. The first Chiffchaffs are in and the geese in the fields are preparing to leave. Soon the reed beds will be alive with bird calls.
