Awesome Session

Had a call cancelled in the morning which gave me more time and was perfect.
Joined WBN networking session for the first time since over a year and then prepped for Sarah.

The Alchemy session was deep and powerful.
so grateful for this.

Was phased out afterwards as expected.
Neil looked after us and prepared one of our fave dinners.
Chicken, leek and pea traybake - a Nigella recipe we love.
