Looks Good To Me

Blue and Green

We went to Big Rock Garden Park this morning before it got too hot. (The temperature later peaked at 86F/30C -- a new record for this date.) The park is quite small, but features 37 permanent artworks and temporary additional items.

The sun was already creating bright patches in the dark shade of the many trees, making photography challenging. I tried using the HDR feature of my camera, but found it difficult to hold the camera steady enough to prevent ghosting, so I settled for this photo -- not my first choice of the sculptures, but ghost-free.

We ate our three meals out on the deck today -- we're finally able to enjoy the new patio furniture after days of rain. It was refreshingly cool out there as we ate dinner, while an invisible bird serenaded us as the sun dropped below the trees.
