Thank god for the long weekend

Went to work, but it was a struggle.. and a cancelled train made it a longer trip. I wasn’t early today.
I should’ve stayed at home but as I co teach two subjects to two classes with a colleague who asked me to cover revision for one of the subjects before end of term, I went in. I covered the lectures, then started talking about the practise test. Miss, we did this on Monday. Expletives abounded in my head.. we finished early and I waited 2.5 hours for the next class. Issue escalated! Only one student came, and I covered the material very quickly. As I was returning the laptop, I saw 3 other students from the class arrive… I went home, I’d had enough! Four days off now!
