Brown Hare

A cycle out to Deerness. My first visit there for some time. A beautiful day, sunshine and hardly any wind. I was hoping to photo hares but there were none in the usual fields, then I saw four chasing around. Looking into the sun, unfortunately, so didn't get much in the way of shots. A good day birdwise- my first chiffchaff of the spring, a long-eared owl and a pair of short-eared owls displaying, about 10 migrant goldcrests etc
