Choughs

Very lovely blipmeet with Freespiral, Bat and CarolineL and how good it was to explore part of the West Cork coast that was quite new to me, Toe Head, with it's rugged cliffs of interesting rock strata, wild flowers and promontory forts. We saw a groups of Red Billed Choughs on the rock ledges and others doing acrobatics in the sky above us. The mist and drizzle cleared and the light was wonderful.
