Heading home from the 8am service at the Harbour

This view of the Terrace is always at its best when the sun is shining and the tide is in. If you use a magnifying glass you might see the heron standing just at the foot of the steps from one of the gardens.

I had to push my bike up the hill from the harbour as I wanted to watch the heron. He walked about a bit searching for a snack and eventually his searching was rewarded.

It has been a beautiful day with constant sunshine and plenty of folk enjoying time on the beach while the youngsters ran in and out of the water being quite oblivious to the cold!
