Skeld Bulb Show

Another lovely day, a bit more cloud around, but warm sunny spells, and a beautiful calm clear sunny evening. Clocks going forward have made a huge odds on the evening, still light at 8pm.  Flat calm all day. 

Up early, into the garden after breakfast.  Nipped into Lerwick about noon, walkies with Sammy.  Me, Peerie Brian and Julie headed out west in the afternoon, Sunday Teas, a walk with the dogs, and popped along Jim and Josephine (Scott).  Headed to the hospital after tea, Madeline is doing much better now.  Last walkies of the day, feet up for a bit, then early to bed.  

Last day of the Borrowing Days, looking like a good July.  Regardless of the old predictions, the fine weekend has had everyone in a good mood, cheery faces all round.  This continued today at the Sunday Teas, caught up with various folks I've not seen in long.  After some delicious savoury items, followed by fancies, there was also the bulb show.  Some wonderful displays and thoughts gone into them.  I really liked this bumblebee gnome one, fine and cheery for Easter day.  Taken in the Skeld Hall.
