Looking for the Red Cross Ship

We drove all around trying to find a good view of the big Red Cross ship in the Swan Island shipyard for repairs: we looked from both sides of the Willamette River, from the St. Johns Bridge, and from the Skidmore Bluffs Park. We could see it from all of these places, but couldn't get very close to it.
