Easter Sunday, Bonnie’s Bench

What a busy day.

S went paddleboarding at Faskally. I faffed around initially and then walked down to the gang’s house with cakes I bought for them at the Farmer’s Market yesterday. Only Dave was there . Laura had walked down with Ben as he was meeting up with his Ad Lib Arts club as they were performing a few songs on the stage outside the museum from Les Mis. They are putting on a production proper for mid June and he has the part of Marius.

I bumped into Laura and suggested we went for a bowl of soup or whatever at Hinterland and try to get a table outside in the sun as the weather was stunning! Warm!

Dave joined us, and it was pleasant people watching too and also seeing the two miniature shetlands (unicorns) in their pen.

Ben and his fellow club members came on at 2:30 and they were good.

I walked home and sat out in the garden with S with a cuppa and then a text from Laura to say they were leaving in 5 minutes to go to Blackford for our traditionally throwing the eggs down the side of the Red Brae. How many years have we done this??? Well I did it pre grown up life and then with Laura and family and then Kevin and Paul Laura’s friends joined us and of course with Cameron and Ben. There is always plenty laughter. Today even more so as Kevin slipped and fell and I was filming it and caught it on Camera and also my hysterical laughter!

The views across to Callendar and Ben Ledi were stunning. Never tire of that view and across to the Ochils.

Home and rustled up some tea and a chill on the sofa
