Peninsula Light

Did  a load of development work for the pilot NextGen HN course that were running again this year. Hoping to get a lot of information over that will make it easier for the class to understand how to proceed with their forthcoming projects. Took the last of a series of photos to show them how to use and build an amplifier circuit on "breadboard", just ten minutes before the class started. All went well, surprisingly. Their circuits all worked, eventually, and we even managed an introduction to soldering. Later, clear everything away, and near collapse. Can't remember when I finished, but it was late. That should make things easier for them and me this year, as last year's smaller group required way too much work.

An overnight tragedy with a roadworker fatally injured in a collision with a passing lorry, meant the A9 was closed in both directions from North Kessock to Tore this morning. Weirdly quiet cycling over the Kessock Bridge.
