Pesto time!

A wild, wet, windy walk with Koj this morning. Perfect for gathering a big bag full of wild garlic, as this way it comes pre-rinsed. After tea and a good catch up with a friend, I then processed my leaves in to a pesto mountain. We’re down to our last serving of last year’s batch, so a timely forage. And guess what we’re having for tea!
