Building materials

Just seen jackdaws poking around in this tree. Eventually it found the sort of twig it wanted and flew off with it to a nearby chimney. Nest building in a difficult place!

The sky has shown some wonderful colours and cloud shapes today. I sat in the garden in the sun until there was a shower. Thunder heard in the distance.
