Egyptian Shadows

Last day of my sister’s visit, a very interesting visit to NMA’s “Discovering Egypt”. There’s lots of Egyptian exhibitions in Australia this year (and we’ve done a lot of reading for the museum book club). The purported distinction of this one (from the Netherlands), is that it focuses on everyday life. My husband took this just before we went in, ia tribute to several planned trips to Egypt that never eventuated, due to one reason or another.
