Blackbird on a fence …

… in the back garden … in the pouring rain … again.

In the hope of catching a squirrel on the fence I put out some peanuts this morning. The rain however got steadily worse as the day wore on and the squirrels quite sensibly, stayed away.
Thankfully a blackbird did pose for me and I got my Wide Wednesday shot.

As I had to take photos through the window I did at least clean the inside of my porch windows so it’s not been an entirely wasted day!
