Map on map

I think lots of folk are off on their summer holidays as roads today were quiet. I am a lover of maps and keep buying old maps in charity shops and second hand book shops.
I tend to chose maps that have been used, and this one had a lived in feel. Very evocative illustration too - a bygone age when travel at home was a real adventure.
Picture taken on our dining table with map tablecloth - of course !
