Swan Plant

When I walked past yesterday afternoon a monarch caterpillar was on one of the stalks, so I returned in drenching rain this morning. There’s another five or six swan plants in the same area, with a natural swale cutting through it. Hope it stays this way, not landscaped into oblivion.

No caterpillar, so yesterday’s one is an extra.
