Tandle Hill Country Park

I ventured across the Pennines to take part in a woodland orienteering event to test out my right knee following treatment with a steroid injection. Joy of joys, I found I was able to run only limited by my lack of stamina. Feeling much more confident of taking part in events over the coming weeks/months. :)
