Another house to view today. This house was very cluttered with furniture and basic items. The garden was overgrown with almost no fencing meaning you could almost step into someone else's. The kitchen was in quite a state but we expect at least some work will be needed with whichever house we succeed in getting.

This is the fourth time we've encountered this particular estate agent.
