Goodbye

The weather changed quickly to rain as we left the Cally Palace. First stop was The Frothy Bike Café in Dumfries, it’s excellent. Followed by a trip to M&S. The traffic was really bad, we used the A6 down to Penrith then got on the M6. Next stop Silverdale, our friend/kind of relatives, just moved from a huge house in Yealand. To a smaller 5 bedroom one in Switzerland. The 3 boys will probably be heading off to university soon. It’s been updated and is looking good and has a huge garden.
