Sunday - Salty

And I have little recollection what I did as I am back blipping.

Since we were dancing last night - which was great by the way - the day was rather quiet.

Neil was cooking a pork roast .....
Unfortunately had he bought - accidentally - a gammon.

So guys - I can tell you - don't try to roast a gammon.
It is not nice!

We had a very salty meal and have a lot of salty ham left that will be rather consumed in slim slivers over the next week.

Blip is close to the coach house in Belmont Lane.

It was a lovely day and I was out for a coffee in the sun at Black Pine and also got some herbs for the (Salt) pork .... still when I anticipated a beautiful yummy dinner ...
