More treasure left by the prevous occupant. This is in the space at the back of the house that the estate agents somewhat generously dubbed the "Garden Room" and the surveyor referred to rather more ungallantly as a "lean-to" (the roof and walls are still full of asbestos whatever we decide to call it.)
