Flouncing

I was struck by this woman's style, which was very unusual.
I would love to have photographed her from the front, but I wasn't fast enough.

You won't be surprised to learn that she was a vision in pink, including the netted hat.
I suspect she doesn't go out the door without carefully curating her appearance, and that 'pretty' is, for her, de rigueur.
