The Vanishing Redwood

This is the final installment of the saga of the neighborhood tree removal. On the left is the original redwood, in the center is the disappearing tree, and on the right is the resulting empty space. The City jumped in real fast to repair the buckling sidewalk, and it is almost as if nothing were ever there.
