BikerBear's Blips

By BikerBear

1954 ..............

................. Morris Minor 4 door saloon.
850cc engine.
Cost when new approx. £500.

Aside from the paint job this one looks pretty much original  -  if you look between the two side windows you can just make out the  flip-out indicator arm (before "winkies").

My Dad bought one of these - in Morris Minor green - in about 1957.
Happy memories of trips to Scarborough and York.

Not really a "silly Saturday" photo but I'm tagging it anyway.

Oh and for those that don't know, the green P (probationary) plate is an optional display for those who have just passed their driving test to let other drivers know you are new on the road - hopefully so others will be more courteous and less impatient.
