Bat detector

A few days ago we were watching an episode of “Waar land zee kust” and one of the items was here in Middelburg and the different types of bats that visit it - detecting which species were present was done with a detector. It works by transferring the bat signal (at different frequencies for different bats) to a frequency we can hear. We had seen bats in our garden before, but now we can determine which ones!
