The first cut is the deepest

First stop this morning was the medical centre. Liz cut the top of her finger last night and despite layers of bandages it was still bleeding this morning. Fortunately after a couple of minutes wait she was able to see a doctor. All OK and no need for any stitches. The advantages of an extremely efficient, albeit expensive medical service here.
Had lunch outside and then a walk with Léo who is off his food again: maybe he is sensing our instability?
Then out for an easy 10k with quite a climb to start. Difficult to find a flat route around here.
