Concert at Nancy’s Farm

There is this great venue in Whatcom County called Nancy’s Farm. And it’s actually on a farm. The owners added a large performance space onto their home. This was my third time there. They specialize in folk and country. But they do other kinds of music as well. My friend Brook Adams played all the Beatles songs on one of their later records on ukulele there. That was my first concert there. Today we heard Margo Murphy and John Roberts sing and play guitar. They were joined by Ruthie Dornfeld on fiddle. Margo’s daughter Laura was in the audience and she joined them for one song. It was great fun. We went with Stu and Judy and all went out for dinner after the afternoon concert. A really lovely day!
