Rockery plant

A day of blustery showers but with very little sun. As the ground is still too wet for sensible gardening, most of what I was able to do meant reaching from paths and patio. This rockery plant with a mass of tiny flowers is just coming into bloom; I have no idea of its identity as the label disintegrated a long time ago.
