Kitchen contents chaos

Day 6 of the new kitchen installation and we are coping as best we can with negotiating the decanted contents of the old kitchen that are now filling the dining room and overspilling into the living room. The microwave has been pressed into service again this evening. Just to complicate matters the kettle is leaking. The challenge will be to ensure that less stuff goes back into the new kitchen that came out of the old kitchen. Washing up is being done in  the utility room off the hallway. It's a logistic nightmare! We learnt on Saturday that the sink had been omitted from the delivery that fills our garage and has been steadily going down as the installation has progressed. We do have the tap, though! We've now been told to expect the sink on Friday but we have made it clear we need it sooner than that.
