The cows are out

Went for a run first thing in the sunshine and saw that the cows have been turned out into the fields on the farm opposite us. Good to see - a sign of Spring.
After my run we went down to Eastbourne to shop for house things so I had to do a few push ups in a quiet aisle in the tile shop to keep the numbers going during the day.
Did a small amount of garden work in the evening.
