Just hatched

I found that the first couple of batches of frog spawn have hatched.  At this stage, the tiny tadpoles have external gills, which can be clearly seen in this photo.  The first extra is a wider shot of the masses of tadpoles; the second is a little group of toadstools that have appeared in the grass after last week's rain.
