Rainy Day Dunblane

No surprise there then, but by the time I got home, the sun was splitting the trees. April showers, I guess. 
I took this shot because of the building in the background: I'm sure it used to be a chinese restaurant. Can I find info about it online? No, not a peep. 
Which is unusual in this day and age, but it's been closed for decades. Any locals (or ex-locals) have a clue?
(It would be number 92 High St, next to Bennetts the butcher).
