Sad Sight

While decorating round my sons new house, I looked out of the window to see this poor creature hobbling about. I went out for a closer look and he or she seemed friendly and happy enough. Apparently the cat lives next door with another cat, hopefully I can speak to the neighbours at some point and get the full story, it breaks my heart to see it.
