After a good day at work a wee Sean down Porty prom with these four up above.

Trying to stay awake before bedtime as finally got to sleep at 5am last night.No amount of reading made me sleepy however watched the magnificent Assembly with Michael Sheen. Interstellar concept where he is interviewed by an audience with special needs so some wide ranging and cheeky questions which Michale replied with gusto.
Must see!
Another must see was The Scoop. Gillian Anderson as Emily Maitlis, a spookily accurate Rufus Sewell as the fool that is Prince Andrew, and the interview that ensued. Brilliant television although no good for insomnia.
