Far from a golden hour! but the few minuets we got were gratefully received in an otherwise dour wet day.
Physio went well, a small increase in time of each rep and where applicable an increase in weights being used.
Starting to sort more things for next weeks trip to Wales with the 'lads' and sorted ferry booking for the Summer Trip (again with the 'lads') to Brittany.
Winter returned again today.
