I had a bad night and, consequently, an unproductive morning. However, the rest of the day was much more worthwhile. I went to the funeral of a remarkable man. Not a close friend but he has been most kind and helpful at various times. He will be greatly missed.

The early evening was spent in a town council meeting, where building on the Green Belt was being discussed, so a lot of people from the community showed up. People hold very strong feelings about the preservation of our green areas. The developer also voiced strong feelings.....
