After the fire

It's wonderful to see the veld coming alive after the rain we've had for the past three days.
There are patches of green everywhere. Nature is truly amazing.
I took the dogs for a walk along the firebreak - it was interesting to see how the grass in parts where the ash was washed onto the track by the rain, is flourishing.
Early golf tomorrow. Hope it's a clear day.
