Right or Wrong Time?

We took two of our grandchildren to the Sealife Centre in a place you may have heard of, and we had a lovely time. When we went in it was cold, cloudy and blowy. When we came out it was warm, sunny and blowy. The planned walk along the seafront was had.

If you can manage to enlarge the clock tower in front of The Tower, you might notice that the clocks are telling different times. One was correct, whilst the other was stopped.

The extra is of what we were looking at. The birds, not the brown water. The tide was in and the gulls kept getting their feet wet.
